Album Art

If you can't part with your favorite vinyl from yesteryear, why not feature it?

This is one of my favorite decorating projects. Not only is it inexpensive and requires minimal effort, but the frames are easy to switch out to change looks. We lined four album frames above the sofa, that is always a hard place for me to decorate, I think this is a perfect solution.

The hardest part is deciding which albums to feature! For the look of this room, we chose Talking Heads, Stop Making Sense, The Byrds Greatest Hits, Rolling Stones, Get Your Ya Ya's Out, and M. Ward, Post War.

Mark insisted on framing the Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass Band, Whipped Cream and Other Delights. If you are a guy, you get it. I only allowed this cover on the wall because the colors matched so well.......

The best thing is that the frames can be purchased for under $10 each. We waited for them to go on sale at Michael's and paid $4 each.
